Ohaiyo gozaimasu! Just came back from 玉华园 Chinese garden! Woke up too early in the morning and decided to follow my parents for their 晨运. My god Chinese Garden is quite pretty, I didn't know. All in all, quite fun. There were turtles and flocks of birds and eveything. My dad was doing embarrassing stuff like saying "piang! piang!" at the birds hoping they would be like 惊弓之鸟 or something. Alas, nothing of the sort happened, the birds just flew on. And he was saying "Good Morning!" to the squirrels on the trees. this is the first time I've seen squirrels appearing in Jurong. HAHA. So cute, wanna take them home as pets. LOL. Then he started oohing and aahing at his footprints saying that they were beautiful. Erm... Am glad nobody heard us!


There's a lake in Chinese Garden too, so pretty. I wish I had a house by a lake, with pretty gardenias in front of the cottage, and a path winding from my door to the outside fence. HAHA. I'd bake cookies too. Edible or not, I'm not sure. WAHAHA.

Is it the pre-2009 sense of loss? No no no... Don't get consumed by inferiority and self-loath.
